Welcome to Seeding Safety, a deeply personalised retreat designed to guide you back to the safety of your own heart. 
Come as you are – tired, uncertain, tender – and leave feeling rooted, lighter and more yourself than you’ve been in years!

Life has a way of asking so much of us. It leaves us stretched thin, burned out or searching for meaning in the wake of illness, heartbreak or exhaustion. Seeding Safety is not about Fixing you – you are not “broken”… It is a basking in the simplicity of non-doing and creating a space where you can meeting yourself and life again with gentleness and curiosity.

This retreat weaves together practices and experiences designed to gently nourish your body, mind and spirit:

          * Deep Rest: Days paced by ease, with plenty of time to simply be.
          * Nature Immersions: Reconnect to the rhythms of the earth though mindful walks, open skies and deliciously still waters.
          * Creative Expression: Art and writing to unlock what words alone cannot.
          * Grounded Practices: Breathwork, bodywork, meditation, drum journeys and gentle movement to bring you home to your body.
          * Personalised Attention: This is an intimate 1:1 HOME-Stay retreat tailored entirely to you, because your healing journey is uniquely yours.

Together we create a container for your rest, renewal and re-inspiration – planting seeds that will sprout into safety, resilience and hope.

Food & Drink

  • Healthy Vegetarian or Pescatarian meals, lovingly created by me (you’re welcome to help if it delights you).

  • A juice fast & detox protocol is also possible (please discuss with me)

Program/ Itinerary:

The program for this retreat is fluid. There is no pressure and the light schedule is spacious between mealtimes, offering ample free time to rest, journal, read, meditate.
